We are Valsplat. Since 2000, we’ve been on a mission to make the digital world more human.
With a team of around 50 researchers, designers and strategists, we help organizations truly understand the people they serve. Because behind every click or swipe, there’s a story. What do people say? What do they think? What do they feel — even when they can’t fully express it themselves?
Using human-centered design, we turn those insights into meaningful digital products and services. Accessible, inclusive and built to make a real difference. From improving public services to designing digital solutions that encourage healthy choices and sustainable relationships.
Recently, we expanded our expertise with neurotechnology. Together with the specialists from Braingineers, we use tools like EEG and eye tracking to uncover subconscious emotions, allowing us to dive even deeper into users’ minds.
We work from our cozy farmhouse headquarters in Nieuwersluis, our UX labs near Amsterdam Central Station, or from home. Wherever we are, we collaborate closely — driven by curiosity, creativity and the belief that digital can, and should, work better for everyone.
