About Elemental
Elemental is a self-managing and creative strategy and innovation agency, and a proud B Corp.
Our mission is to transform organizations and actively contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive society. We assist our clients with strategy and innovation, organizational transformation, and coalition building. Creativity and collaboration are at the core of our work. We generate new ideas by adopting a systemic approach and involving various perspectives in co-creation sessions.
Elemental consists of a team of approximately 40 colleagues with diverse backgrounds, ranging from industrial designers to anthropologists, generalists to specialists. We operate from the Strategy Factory in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost: a vibrant and sustainable workspace and events venue, ensuring there’s always something happening.
