We are a team of 15 strategic designers driven by a deep social mission. Together, we design meaningful change. Operating from Rotterdam and Eindhoven, we work throughout the Netherlands to clear the fog and bring focus to fuzzy challenges.
All hands on deck. Using a design approach in projects means more than just being on board. We believe in a society where everyone can join in and, more importantly, actively build for the future. That’s why we bring people and public organizations together to work on the same level. At Zeewaardig, we design with people, not for them.
Designing opportunities. In our design journey, everyone—from local residents to professionals—plays an active role. We dive into daily practice, map out underlying patterns, and translate complex challenges into concrete opportunities. As energetic connectors, we do exactly what is needed to create waves of movement, empowering people and organizations to get started and become “seaworthy” (Zeewaardig).
Over the past years, we have set courses on various participation and policy issues, always with the goal of driving positive and sustainable social change.
