WE ARE WAACS DESIGN
We help brands and companies to develop new products based on consumer
insights. The people that use our products are our inspiration.
WHAT WE DO
We design and develop consumer products including user interfaces and
structural packaging. We design all sorts of products, ranging from coffee
makers to beer bottles to prosthetics and connected health devices. We
develop products in plastic, metal, ink, pixels or any other material or medium
for that matter.
FOUNDED IN 1992
WAACS is experienced. Since 1992, we have reinvented ourselves multiple
times. This has helped us to stay current and to keep a sharp vision. Over the
years, we helped develop numerous innovative products with clients
worldwide such as Philips, Henkel, Microsoft, Össur, Medisana, Hisense,
Midea etc.
FREE PORTFOLIO REVIEW
We have been reviewing portfolios for more than 3 decades already. We did
this with the purpose of hiring new designers of trainees but also in portfolio
reviews for Dutch designer’s association BNO, design schools and
universities. We know what works and what could be further improved in a
designer’s portfolio. We will give you tips on how to improve on your portfolio
also if you do not aspire a career in a design studio, but for example at a
green start-up or at Big Tech.
