How organisational structures, like Holacracy, affects your job satisfaction – by Hike One
Currently, you spend a big part of your time working on your studies, but in the (near) future this will change and most of your time will be spent in an organisation. Every organisation has its structure and with that its own company culture. Your job satisfaction will depend largely on if that structure and culture suit you. That is why it is important to look beyond the work activities of a company and also discover what the structure and culture of an organisation entail.
We work with a lot of pleasure at Hike One, in large part because of our culture and structure and the way it suits us. At Hike one we work with Holacracy instead of a traditional management structure. Holacracy creates a flat organisation in which people no longer hold a single function. Instead, they have multiple roles that are dynamic. Holacracy also offers the ability to have an impact on the organisation structure of hike one. If you are curious about how this looks in practice and what opportunities it could offer you as a designer, come check out our lunch lecture!
There will be a free lunch at this lecture. You don’t have to sign up for this event, so feel free to drop by!
